This DUC cone with a diameter of 250 mm and a length of 290 mm is made from pre-impregnated carbon fiber sheets,
with a braided carbon fiber fabric surface. The profile thickness is 1.2 mm, increasing to 2 mm at the lower part where the
plate is fixed.
The mounting plate for the 250 mm three-blade DUC cone is entirely made of carbon fiber with an overall thickness of 3 mm.
It is manufactured using the CARBONE FORGE process, similar to the process used for DUC propeller hubs, which significantly
enhances the mechanical properties.
