The actual light output of Raylight LED strobes is comparable to the best Xenon strobes on the market. The technology innovative Raylight allows a very low consumption on constant amperage power supply. Instantaneous power reaches 120 Watts. This power supplies at least 20 LEDs of 6 Watts with an output of 20,000 Lumens or 1,900 candelas. 

The strobes are available in kit form, the assembly is very simple and can be done be done on any type of aircraft (possible on wings, empennages, the fuselage, tail).

Thanks to a durable UV-resistant polycarbonate lens, they are ultra-resistant and easily replaceable.

DESCRIPTION


The HERA SIMPLE strobe light for ULM and LSA is the most powerful on the light aviation market (ULM, LSA). Its luminous power is 20,000 Lumens or 1900 Candelas.

"The control tower even sees me against the light". 

"I am visible, even in broad daylight. Raylight's innovative technology allows this power to be generated with very low power consumption.

The consumption of the HERA SIMPLE strobe is 0.4 Ampere, and the consumption is constant. Thanks to these advantages, analog instruments are no longer hindered by the operation of the strobe.

Raylight's innovative technology does not generate any radio interference. Installation is possible on the tail, fuselage, tail, or even the daggerboard.

The modular design of the Raylight strobe allows only the ultra-resistant anti-UV polycarbonate to be replaced.

The lighting system is very light: 38g (excluding generator) and aerodynamic.

The assembly is very simple and can be done on all types of ULMs such as 3-axis ULMs, helicopters, pendulars, gyrocopters, gliders etc....

TERMS OF USE


We recommend the use of Raylight strobe/navigation light devices at a temperature between -40° and 70°Celsius.

We recommend the use of the generator associated with lighting devices in an environment between -40° and 85° Celsius. NB: The lifetime of the generator can be improved if the ambient temperature is 65° Celsius (85° Celsius in use): the lifetime increases to 5000 hours.

The generator must be protected from humidity (cockpit).

Avoid any impact and do not drown the devices.

Check the tightening torque carefully (tighten with a screwdriver without forcing, do not use a screwdriver). The correct cable cross-sections must be used according to the technical specifications (0.25 to 0.75 mm², 0.5mm² recommended).

The voltage must not exceed 20 volts.
